Use these 3 basic practices for all our programs until you reach your weight-loss goal. Follow a program's guidelines so the enzymes in the mix can burn fat cell triglycerides (fat), and the omega 3s, bicarbonate, citrus, polyphenols and protein in the kit can suppress your appetite, improve your muscle tone and gut microbes. Improving your gut microbes will reduce cravings and improve digestion of foods consumed. Meals

The meals you consume should not have refined carbohydrates. The main dietary sources of refined carbs are white flour, white bread, white rice, pastries, sodas, snacks, pasta, sweets and breakfast cereals. Avoid foods and beverages with added sugars. Carbs and sugars delay the release of hormones needed to burn stored fat. Each gram of sugar can delay the release of hormones needed for fat burning up to 90 minutes!

The container

The kit reduces your appetite and the amount of food you can consume. Stretching your stomach will make it hard to reach your goal. Eat slowly and when your feeling a little bit full, slide the rest of the meal into a container for later. This will help you reset your stomach size so that it matches your activity level. Make your way through your day, skip half hours when you can and walk at least 20 minutes toward the end of the day. Enjoy fresh green or fruit salads for lunch and dinner. Consume another package of the mix at least 2 hours before your event with Gerolsteiner and citrus. Consume the mix as needed to maintain endurance during your event if possible. Flipping the switch

We burn energy stored in our fat cells when our body's detect a sufficiently low-glycemic state in our blood. This triggers the hormone glucagon. Glucagon signals the liver to release its stored energy to increase the glycemic level in the blood. The body can run off stored energy derived from liver glycogen for 8 to 12 hours. Once the liver is unable to provide enough energy to maintain the glycemic levels in the blood, hormones signal fat cells to release their stored energy (triglycerides) to maintain the blood's glycemic level. When we consume sugars and carbohydrates many are metabolized and released into the blood system very quickly, causing high glycemic levels in our blood. If we burn more energy than we are consuming our body will burn energy stored in our liver and then our fat cells.

Keep your body burning stored energy by reducing refined carbohydrates as-well as foods and beverages with added sugars. This will reduce the amount of stored energy available in your liver and speed up burning of fat cell energy.
