No, our nuts and seeds are fresh, stored in refrigeration and go through an all natural process to release the naturally occurring enzymes and chemicals in the nuts and seeds. The process is time consuming and labor intensive and varies for each type of nut and seed. Raw or roasted nuts and seeds will not provide similar weight-loss benefits or reduce your appetite.

How can I achieve the fastest results

Weight-loss begins with being well informed about the foods you are consuming. Products today are not the same as the ones our grandparents ate. We have highly processed foods with little nutrition and highly addictive additives. Avoid all forms of sugar, processed foods, saturated fats and adjust your consumption to the appropriate time and your physical activity level.

No, Gerolsteiner mineral water is the preferred mineral water and is available in many local stores. If you don't have access to Gerolsteiner using another unsweetened naturally carbonated mineral water with 1/4 cup of citrus for every cup of water is necessary. Spring water or tap water is not preferred.

How much and how fast

If you are eating an apple for lunch or dinner to get to your goal faster that's fine.
